Dr. Le was extremely rough with the numbing needles. After the first attempt, she used the drill without making sure that the area was numb (and it wasn't). She used the large needle second and was extremely rough and painful. In attempt to pull the tooth, she broke off the tooth beside it and had to drill and use a special tool to dig it out as well as cut the gum to get it out. Without new xrays, I can't be certain, but it is very likely that part of the bone/socket is broken. She refused to give him anything stronger than ibuprofen for his pain and he was in agony. We live an hour from the dentist. After he got home, I called and begged and demanded and they still refused. There may be some good reason that she can't write prescriptions for pain killers...maybe she has written too many in the past. You just don't do that to a human and leave them in that kind of pain.
