Love my mouth guard! Within just a few days of wearing it at night time, I’m already getting better sleep and falling asleep quicker! Definitely recommend! That staff was awesome.

Dr. Chase has been great to work with. After struggling with sleep apnea for a long time, I had a sleep study performed and was set up with a CPAP machine. Although it certainly helped my sleep apnea, it has been incredibly uncomfortable to wear, difficult to travel with, and usually wakes me up at least a few times per night when the mask shifts and requires repositioning. It's also nearly impossible to sleep late. When I come out of REM sleep and become aware of the mask, I'm usually unable to fall back asleep. My sleep study doctor referred me to Dr. Chase, who explained how the oral device works. He was thorough, patient, and kind. I slept with the oral device last night for the first time and did not experience any discomfort. I'm very hopeful that this will be a good solution for me and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Chase for his time and expertise.

Initial consult appt. I could not be any happier!!!! I’m a retired Air Force Vet and have been a long time sufferer of sleep apnea.I couldn’t be any happier. Dr chase explained my sleep study so I could understand along with explaining how his custom device works. You name it,I’ve tried it, from mouth guards to snore extinguisher, nothings worked.His device is dosnt push your lower jaw forward or any nonsense. It keeps it in everyday position. On top the digital imaging of your teethe, the fit should be seamless. I cannot get them soon enough. Will follow up

I have TMJ (jaw condition) and two years ago had pain eating and opening my mouth. Dr. Chase fitted me with a retainer for my mouth that re-aligned my bite. I now have no pain and can open my mouth nearly all the way.

They have one staff member who is really loud and she dresses in all tight clothing not a look for a dentist office. She kept coming the room while I was there then she was asking the assistant if she had candy while she was doing my impressions which was so rude. Unprofessional to the fullest.

I needed an oral appliance for sleep apnea. Dr. Chase was one of several providers given to me by my physician. In my research, I found that many of the dentists on the list took online courses or used a third party in addressing my needs. Dr. Chase is well trained (he actually is a university instructor), and holds several certifications and affiliations. He presents as a soft spoken, compassionate wealth of information. He explained my condition better than my pulmonologist.
