I cannot say enough about Dr.Ben Amini, Dr. Jennifer Ngo, Practice Manager Naz, Elaine, and the whole team at CitiDent. Back in the before-times, CitiDent was a best-in-class dental team with a fantastic welcoming hospitality. Now that we are in the darker times of this pandemic, CitiDent has stepped it up even more. Their pandemic safety protocols are verimpressive and comforting. They meet you at the door in full PPE to check your temperature, spray the soles of your shoes, and Purelle your hands. They fog/disinfect each room after each use and each room has an air exchanger that filters all the air in each room every eight minutes. They also have a machine focused on your face that creates a negative pressure around your nose and mouth to remove anything you expel. Now some twenty days after I am heathy and happy and chomping on all of my favorite foods again, except for almonds.

Wonderful doctors and staff! I am so happy my sister referred me to this office. Dr Ngo is amazing as well as the dental assistants and front office staff. They are so accommodating and friendly. I needed a lot of work done and I am so happy with the results! Thank you so much to their amazing team that goes above and beyond to take great care of their patients.

Dr. Amini has very knowledge about his job and he knows what he has to do. And also he is completely informing you about your problem and how he goes to fix it, by very understanding language and with the help of technology. He shows you all step of the procedures. The other advantage of this office are staff, specialist crew and front desk.

I live in Antioch it takes me an hour and a half to get to San Francisco to see Ben but it's worth every minute of the drive. I decided maybe I better stick closer to home and then I thought how can I do that I trust Ben 100% with my teeth I know for a fact he's the best dentist anywhere he likes what he does he treats his employees with respect and every time I go in there's something major wrong with my teeth because I was born with really bad teeth. But he fixes me and I know I'm in the best

Love the remodel! Thee atmosphere is so modernistic and spa like! You'd never know you were stepping into a dental office. The wait time was maybe 2-3 minutes and the staff was and has always been so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. great dental office!
