He just retired. He was my dentist for 38 years. That should tell you all you need to know about him. Thank you for your professional service and expertise.

Dr Williams is very good at his job. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They all made sure I knew what was going to be done. Dr Williams was very reassuring that it would be fairly painless, it was. Thank you Dr Williams and staff.

Everyone there was friendly and I felt they gave excellent care. BUT I left this practice because Dr Williams didn't examine me after my cleaning (bc of Covid) and billed for it. He stood in front of me and listened to the hygienist give the report. I asked her if that was my exam and she said Yes. I told her I didn't agree with being charged for it. She said IF I would have had any issues he would have looked in my mouth. I had seen an oral surgeon 5 months before this at Dr Williams suggestion. I would think he would have wanted to follow up in the area that was being checked out. He charged my insurance for an exam even tho he didn't get near me. I believe that was wrong. I explained to my insurance company what happened. They ended up paying it.

Been treated by Dr. Williams for years, I have crappy teeth, and at 67 years old I still can eat/chew/smile. His staff is the best, his office & equipment are first rate. They're gentle, explain everything, treat you as you're their only and best patient. Do I like going to the dentist, no, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This group is excellent at reducing my anxiety in the dental chair. I recommend this group for anyone that has anxiety issues. The quality of dental care is excellent. 100 % recommend this office.
