Office staff was great. Had an emergency and he took me right in. I couldn't have been more pleased. His staff was also so gentle when cleaning my teeth. I felt informed and had no problems

This was the WORST dental experience of my life. The doctor did not use enough anesthetic and even though he could see I was in severe pain continued the procedure. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS person. I gave a chance to the doctor to mitigate the situation by eliminating/reducing my bill but he didn't so I'm leaving this survey.

The office visit was great. The follow up was horrible. I called to find out what was going on since I hadn't heard anything and was told insurance still had information. 2nd time I called insurance company and the office had had the information for 16 days and had never called me. They had to resubmit back to insurance and I never got a call back. My appt. was in February. It's now July! Won't be going back. I needed to get work done before summer and now it's too late.
