I have had a number of surgeries at different facilities, but this was hands down the worst experience. I was treated like cattle by Dr. Brown and all of the staff at OMS Specialists. They did go through good safety protocols, but with zero bed side manor. They gave me laughing gas and then proceeded to talk about me like I couldn't hear them. When I asked that the IV NOT be put in my hand, Dr. Brown laughed at me and then told me to take 5 deep breaths of the laughing gas. The spots where the Novocaine was administered hurt more than the spots where my 4 wisdom teeth were extracted.
