Dr. Benjamin Nero Sr, DMD

I got braces with Dr. Nero. It was almost 2 years and my teeth were not straight. He would put rubber bands and it would go too far one way then put rubber bands and it would go to far the other way. I made the mistake of asking how long he thought it would take to straighten my teeth. He told his secretary that I was complaining too much. She began to be extremely rude to me. One assistant took off my braces before she was supposed to. Dr. Nero tried straightening them with the retainer that came later. His secretary stopped scheduling me appointments. She rudely said she'd contact me. I later had to get the build ups out and he dug a big hole in one of my teeth. I asked about my crooked teeth and he said I'm old and my teeth keep moving. That was it. I'm not sure what it has to do with just getting my braces off. Don't question him about anything. He's not as kind then.
