Dishonest and uncarring
A terrible experience. I was promised that it would take 2-3 weeks to replace my lost partial denture but it has been almost 4 months and I have no FRONT TEETH! The Dr will not provide any temporary partial. The Dr has no sense of urgency to complete work that has already been paid for. Danielle, the office manager is mean and she lied multiple times. She pressured my wife into paying for the partial denture in advance by telling her that the charges were for my wifes crown that the insurance didnt cover. When my wife asked to see an explanation of the charges Danielle told her that she couldn't show her that information because it contained other patients information. When I asked Danielle to please put a rush order into the lab to get this completed she said that they do not do that. When I asked for temporary teeth I was also told they don't do that. It is so sad and embarrassing to have no front teeth and I still dont know when i will receive the denture that I paid for!
