Do not go here. This place is the biggest rip off. Dr. Bhavya Patel . I was in there three weeks ago having a chipped tooth fixed. Whatever he did caused the other tooth that was chipped to come out. When I called, the receptionist said come on in no charge whatsoever. Next thing I have some guy asking me for another $500. I said absolutely not. Went back-and-forth with the dentist and all the hygienist or assistance came in to get their digs in. Do not go here you'll be disappointed. I called the ADA to file a complaint along with the corporate office. They can say whatever they want about notes etc. those can easily be edited. I remember the first time I was there. He was rushing it to a point where I was like take your time. It makes sense now whatever he did dislodge the other one. Now they are try to make me pay double.. my opinion that dentist is the worst I've ever come across in my life. No moral compass there whatsoever. Zero integrity do not go to this place again I guarantee you'll be disappointed with no further to the other reviews.

The staff is so friendly and they truly are "gentle". Would highly recommend.

Dr. Patel was the first dentist I've had in a long time who listened to what i had to say and let me decide what i wanted to do first as far as my treatment plan. Most dentists Iv'e encountered are pushy, not the case at Gentle Dental. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable.

I was quite pleased the way my split tooth was removed and healed so quick. I was never in any pain once I had my first appointment. He removed the tooth and following his instructions I have had no more problems with it. I will be going back to him for any more problems and also care I will need.

I had 2 fillings. Dr Patel told me what he would do each step. This eased my anxiety.

I have been to Gentl Dentl and seen Dr Patel several times since opening. I am senior-senior citizen and have been to many dentist over the years. Dr Patel is very precise and quick. He should advertise "painless dentistry". I recommend him to everyone I know. I am so spoiled now I could never go to another dentist.

My experience with this dentist was awful. I came in complaining of a toothache. I needed several teeth out he said. He started with other teeth ( not my bad one) and left the roots in and quit after to try to find an oral surgeon to take me in on an emergency basis. Sent me home with a prescription but no instructions on how to care for my mouth and called to tell me they could get me in somewhere the next day when I couldn't get out of work. Never again!!!
