She cancelled a set appt. and referred me to her Gates office to be seen. I live 2 minutes from the Mendon office. Rude telephone manners. I have a new dentist who will see me in Mendon as of 1/1/2023

We came to Dr. Gupta after she took over the practice. I couldn't be more pleased. She is very knowledgeable, cautious and explains things very well. Unlike other dentists I've been to, she has never done anything without asking or explaining first. Her hygienist is also very skilled and thorough.

Made an appointment for tooth extraction.In pain but the doctor did not do anything for me.Wanted me to come back.I am in pain but i guess the doctor doesnt care about her patients.Do not recommend this dentist!

I had the best experience at Dentistry@521! Dr. Gupta took the time to explain my oral health needs to me and I felt like she cared about me, unlike previous dentists I've visited. I did not have to wait long to be seated, and the front office staff was very friendly and kind. The hygienist was awesome as well- she was gentle and thorough and answered all my questions. Looking forward for my next visit at Dentistry@521!
