I experienced ear pain and tooth nerve pain for months perhaps a year despite multiple visits to a periodontist and general dentist. My previous periodontist refused to even take an xray. In my first visit to Dr. Iannace took an xray saw a large shadow of bone loss He pointed out the large shadow on a Xray of an old decayed root canal under an old crown. I immediately went for re- treatment by an endodontist and had to replace 3 crowns. He also saw me on Saturday for an emergency after I broke and split a tooth on Thursday night near the holidays developed a painful abscess and needed the tooth pulled. Other periodontists in my area only gave me long waits for an emergency appt. Professional staff, Hygienist is clean and thorough. Patient and caring staff.
