Dr. Bobby Grossi, DDS

Bobby in 2024-2023 has a defensive posture to addressing his unprofessional and inadequate dental skills and procedures. My wife and step daughter has been a patient for many years and they claim continuously rudness to them when asking challenging questions. Bobby performed implant surgery and crown procedures on my Greek wife which is currently this Sept. 24 in Greece. Both the implant and the crown have fallen out and we need to seek dental restoration in Greece, 4,000 miles away from home. Bobby has run up the credit card for these procedures $4,000 and does not care for you, only your wallet. The dentists in Greece asked my wife, what hack did this work?It seems apparent that this certified dental professional is more interested in selling snake oil a multi-level marketing product, signing up his captive customers for expensive ($500 initial at $188 monthly) and then automatically extending that customer into a monthly subscription. Of course, this is commission based.

The reviews for this practice could not have been more wrong. I've never been more horrified during a dental visit. First and LAST. The owner is disgustingly disrespectful to his staff who appear to be very nice young professionals trying their very best to provide good service. It's downright shameful. A motivational speaker? I think not.

Dr. Grossi has an extremely disturbing “bedside” manner and is horribly disrespectful to his staff. Never again!

this place is so rude !!! i left a few messages got no return calls ..finally got ahold them the girl cuts me short let me call u back in 5 minutes so i said ok...never got any calls back ...sure a great way to run a dental office !!!!

He placed a crown that was supposedly permanent. Which fell out while eating baked fish, when I came into the office he made some excuse as to why he the crown had fallen out instead of stating that he did it incorrectly. After his explanation I did not feel that it made sense, I told him that I would come back at a different time to have it placed. He asked why, I told him I would just like to get a second opinion. This is where is God complex kicked in and stated that I knew nothing.
