This person terminated Services with him because I failed to follow up with him BEFORE the original appt. was made because after the original appt. was scheduled, I had a severe aggravation of a tooth injury of something I consumed that left me with an incredible amount of pain that caused bleeding as well as difficulty in speaking. I asked for 2 postponements until the tooth injury completely subsided & also referred him to my sister in Ca. for this "questionable" pre-appt. discussion. This Dentist would not accept my terms provided, & displayed a totally lack of patience during this 6 week recovery period. I also never received any answer on why a pre-appt. discussion was required by him? I suggest shopping elsewhere for any new patient.
