Dr. Brad Litkenhous, DMD

Actually Dr Litkenhous I liked. During my brief dealing with him, as my cleanings are mostly with the hygienist, he was pleasant. I know that going to the dentist should be about the dentist but the atmosphere is equally as important. You should feel safe and respected in a place you are going to solicit a service and that was not accomplished here. His office staff left me feeling that this was not a place that I or my children should want to or needed to be. There was an issue while in the office and instead of the office worker handling the issue professionally and admitting that she was at fault, she argued her fault. When I talked to Dr. Lit about it he assured that he would investigate. Not only did I not receive an apology, I am assured that he didn't investigate the matter and that nothing was done. This is unacceptable and not an environment my family will be returning. Because of how we were treated if I could give negative stars, I would.

I was very happy with Dr. Litkenhous. He is extremely friendly and professional at the same time. I would encourage my friend and relatives to give Dr. Litkenhous a shot. His assistant, Cameron, was perhaps the most impressive facet of the entire operation!
