Took my 5 year old and they wouldn’t let her parent go back with her. Dr Rachow could not tell me what was wrong with her tooth. He said it was nothing. I took her to another dentist who was amazing and there certainly WAS something wrong. He was rude, his staff was rude. Would not recommend anyone going to him, ever.

Wasn’t willing to do anything to help with my tooth pain just told me to take some Tylenol and ibuprofen instead of giving me something that will help like antibiotics or something for the terrible pain that even had my cheek swell up. After seeing him twice I will never go back! Go to another dentist!

My husband and kids have been using Dr Rachow since he got to town. I started using him last year. We've never had any problems. My husband has weak teeth and some old dental work that Dr Rachow has had to fix/replace. We are not required to pay in advance because our insurances usually pays enough(sometimes more) than what Dr Rachow charges.

Don't plan to use this as your family dentist office. Took my kids here and as we were headed back, I was informed I was not allowed to go with my 9 year old because it was "policy." She was scared to go by herself and that made this a terrible experience. We were used to our family dentist where all of us could go at once and they made every accommodation to make sure we could be there with the kids. Then my three year old wouldn't go. Y herself and they said "that's ok you don't have to go if
