Told twice no cost to me. Only to get $400 + bill
Dr. Doerr is great, but beware, some of the office staff are deceptive and misleading. What they say can not not be trusted. The staff that takes payments told me twice, once before l scheduled the appointment, and also after Doctor Doerr finished the work, that l owed nothing. "You owe nothing it's all covered by your insurance". Now l find out now that l owe over $400.00. Both procedures were not an emergency, and l would have postponed them if the cost was not covered. As you can tell l do not appreciate being deceived.

Hygienist was absolutely wonderful - Dentist was very professional. What more could I ask for? No Hard sell of various products or services. Just sound advice.
