Called to set appt. Of course, does not answer the phone. Left a message and never called back. Lack of customer service. Will not call back.

Capri the dental hygienist is amazing! She is so gentle, kind, and excellent at her job! Dr Marze and his entire staff are great. Really appreciate how they never try to sell me services or procedures I don’t need.

From receptionist Jessica to hygienist Capri to Office mgr DeeDee, Dr Marze has assembled an excellent and dependable team. I was especially appreciative of Capri who is dental health “teacher” as well as a first-class hygienist. I have 69 yrs of dental work in my mouth that I try very hard to take care of. Still I have some “trouble spots” needing attention. Dr Marze explained the “plan of attack” in an easy-to-understand way. Dental work is expensive but the goal of getting to keep my teeth is worth investing in. From my xrays, it was discerned that much of the damage done to my teeth was from clenching and grinding done while sleeping. Making a comfortable night guard to prevent further damage is a priority.

Absolutely outstanding! For this girl and my phobia of dentists, I can’t stress enough how amazing they were. They were very thorough making sure I knew 1)what was happening and what they were doing and 2)ensuring I was comfortable. Highly recommend them!

This was my first visit. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t have to wait. I appreciated that my cleaning wasn’t painful. I’ve had some hygienists in the past that acted like they were mining for gold.
