Great Experience
I had my first visit with Dr. Frey and his team. It was wonderful in the Upper Marlboro office. I have worked in healthcare for a long time. His staff was welcoming and professional from the front desk to the person who completed my x-rays. In reviewing with Dr. Frey possible next steps, he listened to my concerns and provided next steps. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Received a consultation with Dr. Frey and although his staff are friendly and helpful, his disposition is arrogant and callous. I went in expecting for him to meet my numerous questions about the treatments he recommended for my kid, with friendly polite answers, instead received sighs and rude responses to my concerns. It was almost like he expected no questions from me and was insulted that I asked or even spoke. I’m so disappointed and I’m in search of a orthodontist who treats patients with empathy and respect.

Dr. Frey and his staff are courteous professionals. They're pleasant, take time to answer questions, and make me feel at ease as a parent. My son loves coming there for appointments too and they tell him what's going on so he's informed about the progress with his braces.
