Every time I go to Dental works Dr Sedon is very knowledgeable and considerate to his patients. He’s very fair on his pricing and gets the jobs done fast and reliable. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist to try him out at Dental Works of Medina

I had called the emergency phone number and paid hundreds of dollars to be seen. We made a plan for me to come back in a couple days to get the work done. I came in and was seen by Dr Sedon, he quickly came to the conclusion that I needed multiple root canals. Before I even had a chance to speak about it, I was being stuck with a needle in my gum to start numbing the spots that were getting work done. In total I got 7 numbing shots. I was feeling the pain from my tooth pain, I had barely slept the two days prior. While being extremely exhausted and was given a tablet to fill out information for a payment plan. I was extremely incoherent and answered some questions incorrectly which resulted in me not getting the financial support payment plan. Once that happened the awesome Dr Sedon said “I can’t help you, now get out of the chair so I can get someone with actual money in here.” I left without getting any help. He is a terrible person and doctor and has arrests to back up that claim.

Talk to you like a person doesn't talk down to you. Great to work with will return! Highly recommend

I needed a permanent bridge. Dr. Sedon kept asking if I was okay during application and very gentle. Previous dentist actually ripped my lips trying to get to back teeth. Dr. Sedon made sure I wasn’t in pain, bridge was staying in place and offered to meet me at different location on his time if I had pain. I referred my whole family there. The entire staff is wonderful!

Had pain in a molar. Dr Sedon recommended either a root canal or extraction of the tooth since "the nerves were dead" on the tooth. Asked him if he could try a crown and Dr Sedon flat out refused. A few days later I found out I had pneumonia and the head congestion was causing the pain. Pain went away when the pneumonia did. If I would've listened to him, I would have had work done on a perfectly good tooth!!! His inexperience shows.
