Arrived early for appointment however were called 10 minutes late. Then 2 children who were called after my child were seen first despite my telling staff multiple times that I worked last 2 nights and have to work again tonight. Last time she broke off a piece of this tooth she had a root canal on they did a restoration. This time they said they were just going to watch it. No recommendations on what to watch for or when they would have to intervene. We have been going here since she killed the tooth at 18 months and had no problems until now. Friendly and good with kids but very frustrated with this visit.
