Dr. Crump fits the bill as just another greedy, money hungry dentist. Billing information is not provided honestly and shady proceedings are used to get as much money as possible from patients. Do not got here if you value transparency and honesty whatsoever. Save yourself the headache and just choose a different provider.

Very honest, nice, and very skilled
Our experience with Dr. Crump at M.City Endodontics was wonderful. He is very honest, nice, and very skilled. My wife was in severe pain and went to her regular dentist who said she needed a Root Canal, and recommended Dr. Crump. We got an appointment with Dr. Crump and his assistant took a 3-D Xray. My wife was in the chair waiting for the Root Canal BUT Dr. Crump reviewed the x-ray and noticed an almost invisible crack in the tooth - he was only able to see it because of the 3-D Xray, because her main dentist had done a regular Xray and didn't see it.Dr. Crump told us that a Root Canal wouldn't solve her problem and that she needed the tooth extracted.-- Think about that - he could have easily gone ahead and done the Root Canal and we would have paid for it, BUT he is honest and did what was best for my wife - he put her first. Also, he is very skilled and professional to notice the crack - you had to look close to see it. We were just charged for the cost of the 3-D Xray.

Disappointing Experience at M.City Endodontics Mar
I recently had an unfortunate experience during my visit to Dr. Brian Crump's office, and I feel compelled to share my concerns about the treatment I received. My primary purpose in seeking dental advice was to address a discomfort in my upper right tooth, for which I initially received questionable medical advice.Upon consulting Dr. Crump, I was recommended to undergo a root canal procedure. Deciding to seek a second opinion, I discovered that the root of the problem lay in a misfitting implant in my lower right jaw, rather than the upper tooth. After addressing the implant issue, the pain in my upper tooth subsided, highlighting a potential misdiagnosis. My experience at Dr. Crump’s office was marred by a potential misdiagnosis, refusal to file with my primary insurance, and an unexpected hit to my credit due to a mishandling of billing. The use of a costly 3D X-ray without clear communication about insurance coverage further adds to my dissatisfaction.

Dr. Crump was so patient & gentle. I needed all 4 channels in a tooth cleaned out of infection - it took a long time to do that root canal. He checked on me constantly as he worked, explained what what he was doing. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a comfortable procedure time.
