I have seen Dr. Gradinger twice in his Encino office where he works on Fridays. He has an excellent bedside manner. Explains procedures and causes of issues extremely clearly without being condescending. During a procedure he frequently and gently asks if one is doing okay is he really cares about patient comfort and well-being. He has a knack for artistry and science in the dental profession with regard to his work. For someone who is highly squeamish about dental pain, I can highly recommend D
