Dr. Brian Margolis, DDS

My procedure involved an extraction and bone grafting. No one looks forward to having surgery; however, my experience didn’t come with pain or discomfort of any kind. Dr. Margolis and his associates were professional, assuring, and skilled. I’m extremely impressed by the entire.

This was my first encounter with a periodontist, having been referred by my dentist. Dr. Margolis is outstanding! He sat down with me and discussed my medications - this was a first! He answered all my questions, told me my options and then let me make the decisions. At my second visit to have a deep scaling performed he used a numbing agent so there was minimal to no discomfort. He is reassuring and sensitive to the patient's needs. I highly recommend Dr. Margolis, particularly to anyone who might be a bit unnerved about visiting a dental office. The office staff is also incredibly accommodating! Take care of your teeth, don't put off this visit.

Finally, relief! I only wish I had met Dr. Margolis 18 months earlier but so incredibly grateful I finally became his patient. He was the 7th periodontist I had met and the only one who listened patiently to my story, carefully examined my implant, and gave me a home care regimen that would keep my unfortunate situation manageable. I cannot recommend this periodontist more enthusiastically. His care, concern, and expertise are beyond compare. The office staff are all incredibly kind and helpful as well! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I had been putting off the very necessary removal of a wisdom tooth because of the Covid pandemic. Fortunately, Dr. Margolis was recommended to me and, after I saw the precautions his office has taken, I felt very reassured. Everything in the office is scrupulously clean, patient screening and social distancing are strictly enforced, and there are high-quality air filtration machines running in EVERY room to counteract the possibility of aerosol transmission. My extraction was completely painless and my recovery was surprisingly easy - the only medication I needed afterward was a few Advils! But the most important thing to me was how seriously his office took my safety during the pandemic. I simply cannot recommend Dr. Margolis highly enough. You can trust his office not only to do excellent dental work, but to ensure your overall health.

Outstanding - professional, great bedside (chair side) manor but most important of all the success rate of the 2 long term implants that are fast approaching 20 years. I recently completed a 3 rd implant that was even easier then the others. Dr Margolis used a new cat scan like device to create a guide that assists in placing the implant in the perfect location. The location was so precise and positioned so well that attaching that attaching the tooth only took what seems like a few minutes. Back to the long term implants a few years after they were completed I had an impacted molar removed by an oral surgeon wanted to know who put in the implants because of how well they were positioned and looked as they were it was some of the best work he has seen. If your looking for a periodontics practitioner look no further you found the best. If you want long term successful implants Dr. Margolis is the doctor you want doing the work.

Being a patient of Dr. Margolis for over 20 years, I recommend him highly. The office is very clean, the staff friendly and competent and Dr. Margolis is, in my opinion, a great periodontist. He explains things so you can understand and . with his excellent care, I have managed to maintain my dental care. I have had Ellen as my technician for many years and she is patient and caring, as is the Doctor.

I must say, I have been going to Dentists and Periodontists for over 60 years Dr. Margolis is by far the best person I have ever used for no matter the dental problem. The nicest, most considerate, the most caring and absolutely the most talented dentist ever!! Not only is he a wonderful health professional, but his staff are what you would expect from someone so caring and professional. I used to hate going to the dentist, I now look forward to it.

I drive 70 miles to see Dr. Margolis and his staff. He is the best and I actually enjoy going to the dentist for my regular 3 month visits. Do yourself a favor and take care of your teeth and gums by going to the one and only Dr. Margolis. The office is absolutely lovely.

Great Doctor. Dr. Margolis is not only very proficient , but very caring, and does not want you to have any pain while he is working on your teeth, and gums. I have found Dr, Margolis to be sympathetic. He explains all the work he has to do before starting the procedure. In my case, a special instrument had to be used in order to extract a tooth, and Dr.Margolis first explained the type of tool and the sound it would make. .His staff is wonderful.

I have found Dr. Margolis efficient, thorough, easy to talk to, very professional and able to communicate his diagnosis in terms easily understood.

I wish I did not need periodontal surgery (FLOSS Kids!!!) but this was a smooth experience. Staff was helpful with insurance questions and scheduling; Dr was patient and must have done everything expertly, as it healed cleanly in no time.
