Dr. Brian Noguchi, DDS

I would not recommend this provider. While he assured me that he could address all of my concerns, I experienced significant issues during treatment. Due to an apparent hand tremor, a procedure intended to improve my teeth instead resulted in a nicked tooth and uneven enamel with visible gaps—damage that cannot be undone. Additionally, the office environment felt unprofessional. Concerns were met with condescension, and I was even placed in a separate chair seemingly designated for complaints, which was both unusual and uncomfortable. The provider did not take time to explain the risks or benefits of treatment options, which left me feeling that the priority was financial gain rather than patient care. The support staff were also dismissive and impatient during the visit. Compared to previous dental offices I’ve visited, this experience fell short in both professionalism and quality. I strongly encourage others to seek a provider who communicates clearly & higher standard of care.

Our 14 years old son just completed his year long process of braces treatment at Dr. Noguchi's office. Going in, he was fearful, worried, and reluctant to get braces but we figured he needed to have his teeth properly aligned while he is young. We investigated into 6 different orthodontists; all came highly recommended to us. We made our comparison on a spreadsheet and, in the final analysis, we chose Dr. Noguchi. He is professional, not pushy and his pricing was good. Also, my husband had been one of Dr. Noguchi's Invisalign happy patients. Dr. Noguchi's flexibility made it easier for patients to make the best decision for themselves. Margaret was consistently responsive and accommodating to my son's need to be seen within 15-30 minutes of my phone call. Dr. Noguchi was always punctual. We were always seen when we arrive. Margaret & all the office staff make it a point to know my son by name; they made him feel well taken cared of . He is very happy with his beautiful teeth .

My son just completed his braces treatment with Dr. Noguchi in just 22 months! They gave us a good deal to begin with-- porcelain braces for the price of metal braces. His office is always neat and orderly; his staff is professional and courteous, and they do not overbook. Waiting time was always less than 15 minutes.

Dr. Noguchi is a Pathetic person and very unprofessional. Already talked to two people from not going to this person. He just cheated me of $4200 for the invisalign treatment that I got with him. I admit that my teeth moved but not to what was explained in the consultation. I had to get a root canal in the middle of the treatment so he asked me to expedite the process by changing the trays in one week instead of two weeks. My daughter just completed her entire treatment of braces and received her retainer. This office beautiful, comfortable and the staff is very respectful and at each visit offers a hot or cold beverage to the waiting parent. It was easy to book appointments and the clinical staff was superb. Every single person I came across was just a delight. Most importantly my daughter's teeth and bite are gorgeous. I cannot honestly think of one thing that could be improved upon.
