To Big For theirBritches and Double Standards
I have been a patient about 9 years. I recently had a situation where I needed immediate care due to suffering extreme tooth pain. They made an opening so they could look at my tooth. I rated unfavorable in post appointment survey because they could not see me to remedy the pain for a month. Day after I rated them I received a call they had a cancellation I could see me in an hour. The last 3 appointments I have waited 30 minutes to an hour. Terri office manger felt 30 minutes was reasonable. Ironically if you are 15 minutes late they cancel the appointment. Now who sets the time? They do so if they are 5 minutes late that is unacceptable. The other double. Try walking in and seeing a doctor right then. No way. But they think they can call you 1 hour prior , because they had cancellation they need to fill their chair and you should drop everything. I believe Big Country Dental has gotten to big for their britches.
