Dr. Brock Boudreaux, DMD

Before my procedure, I gave them my insurance info. But after the procedure, they told me insurance wouldn’t cover it (the co. had a six-month waiting period) and that I would have to pay the full cost myself. If they're going to accept insurance, the staff needs to be trained to do things like make sure ins. covers the procedure, and informing the patient if it doesn't, *before* doing the procedure. This is standard practice in the medical industry and prevents ugly surprises like the one I got. When I objected to paying the full cost, one of the receptionists blamed me for their mistake, saying I'd been a self-pay patient, and stonewalled me when I tried to speak to the office manager. Since I’d given them my ins. info and they had plenty of time to check it, blaming me for their oversight was rude and unhelpful. The staff needs training in how to deal with insurance companies. Their unprofessional behavior is why I’m giving them 2.5 stars and will get my dental care elsewhere.

Moved to Tucson last year. I recently had a cleaning and the replacement of two crowns. Everything went great. Dr. Boudreaux is an expert; his staff is A+ in skills and very friendly too. I'm really glad I found Rincon Family Dentistry.

First visit to Dr. Boudreaux as he replaced my long term dentist that just retired ( L. Davis Lee). This visit was for a cleaning and initial visit and checkup from new dentist. My first impression on this visit was excellent. Everything in order and safety process being followed for Covid. Dental hygienist (Janie) did a great job during my visit, and was very friendly and professional. Dr. Boudreaux also did an oral evaluation after the cleaning, and was very thorough and professional as well. Very happy with my new Dentist and Staff.
