HORRIBLE SIMPLY HORRIBLE
I have been going to this Dentist for years and paid thousands. Had to have a partial and everything. The last visit -, new staff of course, go in have tooth removed. Had to go back because of an infection. Had to go back to have stitches out. Mind you I had to take work off each visit. Than they didn't tell me anything about my partial. Went to eat after all healed from infection and ectraction. Found my partial went right in my tooth broke it. Called and left message. they called me back said sorry you have to see dr again. More time off. Ask if they were going to pay for it. Of course not. There actions cause it but no you keep giving us your monies. We don't care about anything but the money. Asked for my records and all of a sudden she says I have a balance. That I paid everything at time of getting stitches out. How convinent.Will find a dentist that actually cares about you after he extracts everything.Don't go there... They just want your money! Keep coming

Dr. Brooks bills for procedures that did not take place. He recommends procedures that are not needed. Dr. Brooks Uniat takes the it's my way or the highway approach to patient care.
