Always taken on time. Dr. Has ca great sense of humor. Takes time to explain procedure to be done.

Had to get a denture relining -- it was done in one day and the fit was GREAT at first trying on. However, the second day I noticed a couple of spots on the underside of the plate that were irritating my mouth. I'm sure it will be fixed when I return tomorrow !

Prejudicial. Rude. Somehow turned up on my Facebook: People You May Know, and noticed he called himself a "Healer" on his Facebook page. Angers me every time I think of it. Doesn't even help patients of Palm Beach College dental clinic... Like it is selective or something! Sends patients to expensive doctors in other counties when he could treat them himself. Experiences may vary. See him at your own risk. ??

Dr. Knecht is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. Great bedside manner! Confident! I’ve been through a lot!! His staff is great too! Very consistent. No matter what your dental issue is, bring it to him and you will be so happy. From the minute I sat in the chair, I had no doubts I was where I will stay!! Took out all my teeth and replaced them in one morning! No pain!!! No meds!!! Excellent dentist, excellent staff. Gave me my smile back!! Honestly, first professional doctor of any kind I’ve met in South Florida. He better never retire!! Prices are so fair, he is magical! I’d give him all the stars in the sky if I could!! That’s how much I appreciate what he has done for me! My kids and I will go to him forever!

I will never go back to this clinic. This dental clinic only wants your money. They even billed my child for a service that they did not do, and I reported it to my insurance. They added 35% fee on top of my balance due. I never had any medical bill that added additional fee on top of what I am supposed to pay.

I've been a patient of Dr. Knecht's for about 20 years. He's fixed everything I've asked of him. He's got a great sense of humor and makes the tough and stressful times in "the chair" much more enjoyable and relaxing. A tough attribute for most but he's the master. He's honest, very professional with a high level of integrity. I visit a few times a year for cleanings and Marion does a great job and is quick and thorough. Had a deep cleaning and I will say the staff did the best job to keeping me in Comfort and making sure we keep my teeth in better shape then I came in with even went the extra mile for looks and cleaned up the gums with a laser I would recommend this office to anyone it’s worth the time and money

Will always be loyal to Dr. Knecht as he established this dental office. His smile and his manner always professional. For elderly people as myself it's important that we go to medical professionals who "care". He does. Sad to see the office so "cold and impersonal" no paintings in dental rooms, before while waiting you could look at a painting, they used to have plastic water scenes when looking up into the lights .. nothing warm or fuzzy in these rooms except the "smiles " Dr. Knecht gives.

ONce in a lfie time you are lucky if you come across a great man in all ways. from integrity to techniques, and best equipment and sterilization. I have worked in dentistry for 41 years as a dental hygienist. I always worked for the very best dentists. Upon arriving in Boca Raton, I really needed to find the best dentist possible so I asked an oral surgeon who referred me to his personal dentist: Dr. Knecht. I have never been disappointed in any way. I also love his caring & professional staff.
