Dr. Bryan Stein, DMD

I showed up on time for my root canal. The Dr wasn’t in. They said they called and left a message, they had not done that. There was NO record of a call from them in my phone! But, I’m thankful, I dodged a bullet based on other reviews and people I’ve talked to directly. DO NOT go here!!

Today i was to have step 2 of my root canal done with Dr. Stein of Smile Builderz. Unfortunately I was denied the ability to finish my dental routine here because of Dr. Stein's extreme unprofessionalism. He did not numb me enough with the gel and roughly stuck me with the novocaine needle. I responded with uh your hurting me, stop. I asked for an alternative way and he refused demanding i become numb. After i asked for a more gentle way he refused my services. Very upsetting and unprofessional.

Dr. Stein works for Smilebuilderz. He seems competent, but when something doesn't work out the way he thinks it should, his solution is to yank the tooth, not explore why. He bristles when you disagree with him on your own personal treatment. Finally, he made an offhand remark. That did it for me. I left.
