Dr. Calogero Vassallo, DDS

I’ve visited this place 2–3 times over the past two years, and unfortunately, the experience with the front desk receptionist has consistently been unpleasant. As other reviews have mentioned, her attitude is unnecessarily rude and dismissive. She speaks to patients in a condescending manner, as if they’re beneath her or don’t know anything. It creates an unwelcoming environment and makes something as simple as scheduling an appointment feel unnecessarily difficult. I asked her for a simple xray report to be emailed and had to call 3-4 times to make sure this is done. Due to this repeated negative experience, I’ve decided not to return and will be seeking care elsewhere. A respectful and courteous first point of contact should be a basic standard. Other then this i do think the dentist is very good and experienced, the hygienist was okay, i have been to other dentists and feel as they put more effort in cleaning. Will be advising family and friends of this as well.

Dr. Vassallo is professional, friendly, and explains everything well. His staff is wonderful as well with the exception of the front desk- Vicky- who has zero customer service skills and is just unpleasant...every time, with every patient. It's a shame because otherwise his office is great.

Wish I used him along time ago. Never a problem. Great staff. Never dred appointments. I have recommended him to a friend that now uses him.

Dr.Vassallo and his staff are wonderful. His wife who is also a receptionist is very helpful and has always been friendly towards me. The office is clean and I feel very comfortable when I am there.

Great staff. Comfortable family atmosphere. Dr. Vassallo is courteous, honest and sweet. Not to mention he does exceptional dental work! My veneers look so natural.
