Dr. Carina is such a great dentist! She was extremely friendly and welcoming, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making me feel at ease with everything she was doing. You can tell she definitely cares about her patients and doesn't make you feel like you're just a number walking in the door. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist.'

Caring and attentive team! I was worried to meet a new doctor since my previous dentist retired but it was a great experience. I had a tooth pulled, it was quick and painless. I highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Canizares for a second opinion. She actually agreed with the treatment my dentist recommended but provided photos and detailed explanation of why. The appointment was not rushed and she answered all the questions I had. I got the treatment at her office done that day! Painless and everything feels great.

I was recommended to see Dr. Canizares after my usual dentist would not see me for an emergency. My bonding chipped right before a vacation and I was desperate to get it fixed. I was told it would be a little bit of a wait but within an hour of arriving I was out with a brand new tooth that looked better than before! I highly recommend her!

I am Dr.Canizares current assistant (I was not paid to make this comment) i absolutely love working with her. I came from an office where i was being treated badly and was not being taught as i had just graduated dental school. She took me in knowing i would have little to no knowledge and showed me kindness and patience. She has taught me so many things i am forever grateful for her. I will always remember when someone asks me how did i learn this or that its because of her, and because of her i have confidence in myself in this field. Dr.Canizares is a caring provider and thats very hard to come by these days. She was constantly making sure i was doing ok during my entire treatment that was pretty extensive. She is very friendly and her work is impeccable. The moment i met her i knew i was in good hands. I trust her with having my well being in mind and whats the best outlook on my treatment. Thank you Dr. Canizares i really appreciate your hard work and dedication!

Will never return to Dr. Canizares. I went in for my first appt to schedule a cleaning after switching dentists and was first forced to pay for x-rays because "the Dr won't treat you unless they're within a year" even though my insurance only covers them every 3 years (it's also March and my last appt was April 2021). When going over pricing for a cleaning this Dr specifically chose a cleaning that was NOT covered by my insurance. When I pointed out that it was not covered and this is the first appt I've had this year I was told that "the Dr will only do this treatment on you even though it's not fully covered". The office manager argued with me in the patient waiting room stating "don't get upset with us because you have an unhealthy mouth" "we don't control what type of insurance a patient has" "You may not understand how a deductible works". If Dr. Canizares cannot work within a patient's insurance to meet their dental needs then she does not deserve to be treating them.

After my dentist retired, I went to several offices before I found Dr. C a year ago. She is excellent. She remains professional and is very thorough. Dr C. did two crowns on me and they feel great!

Dr. Canizares is a top notch dentist. She handled my tricky situation with ease and made me feel so comfortable. She is the only dentist I trust now! She genuinely cares about her patients and actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Thank you and your staff for such an amazing experience!

A new Sr. Citizen patient (Discount plan only) since March 2021 have been trying to have a molar FIXED that she put in my treatment plan $$$ to have done along with another tooth I was actually there to have fixed. Following Root Canal, 1st crown being defective, Cutting off 1st Crown, now 2nd temp crown on tooth that was not a problem but has become one. Have written/called on many occasions expressing discomfort on 2nd temp as well- asked to have it extracted - Paid for Root Canal and Crown -will then have no tooth. She states they do not do extractions -I am being ignored - no solution offered following 2nd Temp for over another month. Be cautious--upfront treatment plans on teeth that are NOT bothering you. $$ in their pockets--trouble in yours. Bayview Dental has not backed up treatments they perform and get paid for. I am now forced to find a Dentist to Fix the negligence created . I will update my Review if they actually do treat me as professionals.

Went in for pain in my upper tooth. Not friendly at all! was very to the point and didn't seem like she wanted to be there with me. Will not be going back again

Great dental experience! Dr. Canizares and her staff were courteous and professional. And the comprehensive exam was the most thorough I have ever received. Dr. Canizares took time to explain exactly what was going on in my mouth even filled a small cavity immediately after my scheduled cleaning. Pain free and super easy!!!! Will definitely be back!!

I had an infection due to a pesky wisdom tooth earlier this year and Dr Canizares was wonderful and thorough. Her bedside manner really put my mind at ease. The staff was incredible as well. Now almost a year removed from that visit and sans wisdom teeth, thank you for being so kind and empathetic.
