Dr. Carla Morales, DMD

I had a horrible experience today with Dr. Carla Morales. She could certainly take a course in better communication which she lacks. She seemed to grow visibly impatient with my questions. I needed clarity before I proceeded with an extraction or root canal being recommended to me. I don't understand how a doctor cannot be empathetic yet I'm supposed to feel comfortable under her care. She then proceeds to spout medical terminology as if I was a colleague instead of a patient. I politely ended the appointment and left, never to return to this office again.

I was so impressed with Dr. Morales and staff. I'm excited to have a female dentist. This is a well organized practice. I was made to feel comfortable and in good hands.

Dr. Morales and her team were exceptionally kind and informative. They gave me a lot of tips and tools for how teeth care which hasn’t been as common for me at other providers. I appreciate their professionalism and service.

Dr Morales is an amazing doctor! She is very knowledgeable and gentle. I recommend her and her team to everyone!

Professional, polite, friendly, all the qualities you want in a dentist

No call ahead of time about COVID procedures and didn’t know whether or not to come in. I call to check in and I was told to come up, go up and get told to go back to my car until they’re ready for me. The girl at the front desk is nice but doesn’t seem like she takes her job too seriously. Then I’m directed to a back office and told to get X-rays where I wait for the tech to be ready. We do the first set. I wait. When I say it took an hour for the assistant to complete all rads on me I am not kidding. Wait another 20 minutes. Then a doctor comes in does my exam, leaves. Then I wait another 20 minutes for a “financial” person to come tell me I’m not even getting my teeth cleaned because the doctor is at her “protocol” limit. Never once was it explained I would only be getting an exam and no cleaning. It was a waste of time and I will not be back.

I am in need of denture. Dr. Morales explained everything in detail, including options, and helped me feel comfortable with my decision. She has a great bedside manner. I am very pleased.

I felt that Dr. Morales, Ms. Leas(?), and the team took great care of me. I felt they were very informative and responsible.

I originally came for a routine 6 month cleaning. I left with two hours wasted, they tried to get almost 300 out of me with services that I did not come for and don’t urgently need. When I declined the services then they declined my my teeth cleaning that I originally came for. BE CAREFUL and know your insurance plan line for line. Because if not, they WILL try to get over on you though billing. Time was wasted, I did not get my routine cleaning (that they first promised), and they are known for billing fraud. I met with my dentist for all of 2 minutes tops. I should have checked their 100+ complaints on BBB(Better Business Bureau) beforehand.

Dr. Morales is awesome! I barely felt a thing. Very nice staff. I truly enjoy my visit every time.

I love the Great Expressions Kennesaw team. Dr. Morales , Brittney ,Rachael and the entire staff is great !!! They make you feel so relaxed and pain free .

This has been several months of my procedure and it was long time overdue but I would not trust anyone except Dr. Morales. She is caring and I trust her and her team fully. She makes me truly feel that she has my best health interest.

Had a tooth pulled by Dr. Morales. She and her staff were both professional and nice!!! She was caring and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I will definitely continue using her as my dentist.
