Extremely disappointed in this orthodontic experience. We live out of state but are responsible for 75% of all care given to our daughter. The ortho office failed to use all insurance and discounts. When my insurance gave me an EOB the ladies quickly went into action to try to get it overturned as they didnt want to honor the Dentamax discount. We requested several times to speak with dr nurko so we could file a complaint about them and inform him of what's going on with insurance but they refused to allow us to speak with him. We then sent him a certified letter and included examples of emails, the EOB, and our complaints but michelle in the office said she doesnt know if he received it because Trina likes to handle that herself. When my husband asked how he could speak to dr nurko Michelle responded that she cannot physically force him to return our call. Then my husband asked how he could make an appointment...refused again.
