We were referred for a consultation. The front office staff was friendly. That being said, as soon as the staff found out we were not going to be able to afford braces we were treated like the weird uncle you don't really want at your house anymore. If you have great insurance or plenty of extra money I noticed they were very nice. With one exception the back office staff never acknowledged us and did not look happy. The doctor did not live up to my expectations at all. Felt very uncomfortable.

Long waits, unfriendly staff, very expensive. Open non private exams. I have been very unhappy
