I have cancer. I have to reschedule a lot of appointments to accommodate that treatment which includes several major surgeries. I don't feel obligated to tell people why I am rescheduling my appointments & this is a new diagnosis which will technically shorten my life span & it is incredibly confidential to me & my family as we are adjusting. I also find almost everyone is very understanding when rescheduling needs to happen. This scheduler - while probably has the best intent to make as much $ as possible for the dentist by keeping her fully booked was by far the most obnoxious person I had to reschedule an appointment with over the past year. To the point that I would prefer to see another skilled dentist - as there are numerous options in the Seattle area.
