I had never done a root canal before and had lots of questions. Dr. Molen answered them, and explained everything he did the entire procedure! It didn't hurt like I expected and didn't take too long!

Dr. Molen was great. He listened to my concerns and gave careful explanation of what he would be doing with this root canal. He is skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate.

Excellent, removed 4 roots from my molar that we're abnormally long, 22+ millimeters, all painless due to his anesthesia. A perfect root canal.

Dr. Molen is an excellent endodontist. He explained the procedure in a way that it was easy for me to understand. He is very gentle and takes the necessary time to work on the root canal. The procedure was smooth and he did a great job. The staff and assistant were really nice. It was easy to get an appointment (right the next day I called). I would recommend Dr. Molen and if I have to visit him for another root canal I will definitely do it.

I had a retreat on a old root canal. Dr Chad Molen was great, let me know what he was doing during the procedure, tooth has be pain free since. the price was less than other endodontist. next time I need a root canal I will go to him rather than my regular dentist.

My dentist wisely referred me to Dr. Molen for a root canal, knowing that this particular tooth required a specialist. Now, 24 hours later, I can't imagine having it done any other way. Dr. Molen's front office was organized, informative, and on schedule. His dental assistant was skilled, efficient, and ensured that I was comfortable. Dr. Molen kept me informed during the whole procedure, letting me know everything he was doing and what he was finding. But the best part is that I experienced zero pain during and after the procedure. My original tooth pain was gone immediately and I was back to normal activity within a few hours. Can't say enough good about the experience.

Dr. Molen overcharges and will assesses a finance charge at 30 days even if you have paid and your insurance has paid and before they have a chance to send you a statement. To top it off they did not even fix the problem I went in for. Do yourself a favor and find a different Endodontist. He is not worth the hassle.

I saw Dr. Molen on August 12, 2019. I was referred to Dr. Molen by my regular family dentist due to a severe tooth infection I was dealing with at the time. Dr. Molen was very friendly and did an outstanding job taking care of the problem. My appointment ended up taking longer than expected due to the fact my pain was in an awkward place and the previous dentist broke some small files off down in my tooth and they were deep. Dr. Molen rather than giving up, continued on until he was able to complete the entire procedure. I really appreciated his patience and would definitely recommend him to anyone who may be experiencing pain and discomfort with their teeth.

My dentist said I need to see a Endodontist with my tooth pain, and I found Dr. Molen. He was very detailed in the x-rays showing me the lines of the roots to the lines of my sinus. The time he spent with me and his detail/interest in helping me gave me total Faith that he is the guy to do my root canal. I know I'm in good hands.... thank you Dr. Molen. Stay tuned.... 4 Days later, I call and Dr. Molen stays after hours to get me in to save my pain. I'm guessing I'm the number 13,001 patient...lol...I think he said he's been doing this for 22 years. I have required Dr. Molen's services twice and on both occasion I have had excellent care. On my last visit I was there for a root canal and he explained every step of the procedure that he was performing and was very pleasant during the whole time I was there. Following the procedure, he explained all the issues that I might face and what to do if they surfaced. Going forward, I had very little pain or discomfort, and I am very pleased with what I experienced. I would, and have recommended Dr. Molen to my friends and others.

Working with them was an A+ experience from start to finish. I was referred by my dentist office (Half Price Dental). Dr. Molen was able to get me in the same day my dentist recommended a root canal. This was my first root canal and I didn't know what to expect. Dr. Molen walked me through the entire process and it was a relatively fast and painless procedure. My pain is all but resolved and I am very happy with the work performed. I won't hesitate to recommend Dr. Molen to anybody who needs a root canal.

Dr. Molen is excellent. I was so nervous when he started and the only pain I felt was the initial poke of the needle (that was not much since he had previously numbed the area).. He explained everything he was going to do just before he did it. He made me feel so relaxed, I almost fell asleep during my root canal. Two hours after the procedure, the numbing had gone away and my lip was down to normal size. Usually the numbing last half a day. I highly recommend him.

I have had a lot of dental work done over many years. Recently, I had a root cannel performed by Dr. Molen. It was the most pleasant dental experience of my entire life. Every aspect was comfortable. He was willing to explain what he was doing and allowed me to watch. Believe it or not, I look forward to my next visit.
