The visit went well for me as a new patient. The staff was friendly. The doctor took xrays and talked to me about treatment for root canal and crown bicuspid. He seemed knowledgeable and friendly. The staff made a new appointment for me, discussed insurance and price plans for treatment visits. I needed three. The office was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I recommend the service.

Lesley does a great job with my daughter and her braces. The staff as a whole is very pleasant and professional. I would and have recommended friends to his office.

They do a great job. The staff and Dr are very personable and knowledgeable. They seem to really care about their patients and follow up to make sure everything is going well. The Dr explains things if you ask questions. My elderly Dad with Alzheimer goes here and they are very kind and patient with him.

Clean, quick wait time, staff are the sweetest people ever! They literally talk to you like they’ve known you for years! They know you by name when you walk in the door. It’s a great office and I 100% recommend. They really take care of you. Go here!

Christian had to have a small filling yesterday but for some reason he was extremely nervous and worked up about it. Crystal did an excellent job at calming Christian down and answering all his questions that put him at ease. Dr. Sim continued to make Christian feel comfortable the whole time. Very well done all around!

I have extremely sensitive gums couples with high gag reflex. The hygienists are extremely accommodating and Dr. Sim is a gem.

Dr. Sim & his staff are wonderful! They go above & beyond to make you feel at ease...from the front desk greeting to the one of a kind care in the back. Dr. Sim wants nothing more than to have you comfortable during your visit & leaving happy! My son was 3 the first time he visited the office and let me tell you, they are absolutely wonderful with children too. He looks forward to his 6 month appointments! I know we made the right choice for our family dentist!
