Dr. Burnes lacks ethics, professionalism, and cares more about his money rather than making sure he is putting forth the best work for his patients. This doctor does not listen to the patient, ignores grievances, and then becomes angry and hostile if you push back when the grievances are ignored. If you decide to go to him, be prepared for workarounds rather than a job well done from the very start. The office states that they will make sure the patient is satisfied with their work, but this is not the case. If you are not satisfied, you will pay….literally.

Dr. Burnes is a great doctor/dentist. He is caring and gets you in and out in a timely manner. He does what he needs to make the patient satisfied and happy with their visit. He has a great personality and finds a way to relate to you. Definitely make an appt with Dr. Burnes!
