Dr. Chance and his staff have taken care of both my mother and brother's orthodontics, and now mine. His staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone, anytime.

Not very accommodating but expect you to be when they decide they need to change your appt. . Generally front staff is just not friendly. They are only open M-TH and "do not schedule" appointments other times. This means your not seen as you should be for the care you need. My child's braces often had issues even the next day but they were not "emergencies" and it was so difficult to get appts. when we needed them he had to just deal until next time. Not recommending.
