Telehealth
CONROE SMILES (not to be confused with a newer clinic with a similar name that confused me for a half a minute) has the best staff with the best 'bedside manner'. Ok, it's 'chairside' manner, but everyone makes you feel comfortable, explains what is happening and answers questions in ways anyone can understand, and takes all the time you need to talk about your care. I have had several 'emergencies', and they got me in quickly to help ease the pain until further treatment could be scheduled. I appreciate them so much!

Dr Portales is gentle and kind. It’s always a pleasant visit. His staff is friendly and very comforting. I hate going to the dentist but love seeing them!

I have been going to Dr. Portales's office for about a year and a half. Going to any dentist's office was always something that I didn't like doing. I use to be scared to go because I always would associate visits with pain. But Dr. Portales and his staff are wonderful, patient and very caring when it comes taking care of their patients. Now I look forward to seeing my hygienist every time I go.
