I had very bad experience and seems they have issue with scheduling. I scheduled annual checkup for my family members but ended up waiting for 2 hrs for one of the annual checkup. Prior visiting there, I verified the time on the day of appointment in the morning also while checked in. Instead of accepting the mistake in scheduling, front desk person kept telling for few minutes delay and post 2 hrs wait, she mentioned that appointment is on time as it was scheduled for 3:30 PM instead 1:30 PM. Very unprofessional. Post examination, during proposed treatment plan discussion, got the update that there was issue in scheduling and person thanked for my patience. Despite of above bad experience, I tried to ignore it but while attempted to get the follow-up appointments for proposed treatment plan, experienced similar confusion by the front desk person so have decided to find another provider. Hope they can fix their scheduling issue or issue with their front desk.
