I’ve always found Dr Tseng to be a thorough and thoughtful Dr. never ever given me bad advice and always given me excellent treatment. He really thinks things out before giving advice. This coming from one who was always afraid of dentists and now is MORE than happy to call Dr Tseng my dentist.
