Dr. Chloe Chu, DDS

Tldr: this place is only interested in sucking money from your insurance, your health and well being are secondary to them. Earlier this year I went in for a pretty extensive procedure that involved removal of a crown. I had to come back 3 times, after I was led to believe I would only need to come back once after the initial treatment to have a new crown placed. I was not ever given a reason to why this miscommunication between the receptionist and myself had happened. I expressed my discontent to Dr. Chu. As a very freaky sort of coincidence, she gave me a numbing injection right after and hit a blood vessel, which resulted in significant bruising to my cheek. I would not dream of suggesting she did this on purpose as that would be highly unprofessional of her. But really isn't that just very convenient? Have a patient complain and let them walk out with a bruise? This wasn't my first time being treated by Dr. Chu. I had some minor procedures done here before and was feeling pretty

Most unprofessional experience. After X-rays were taken and the exam was done, an appointment was set with Dr. Chu, Dr. Onea and the sedation nurse, Samantha. Then they cancelled my appointment, refused to reschedule one or refer me to another dentist's office - leaving me with an infection and in pain.
