After years of searching, I finally found a doctor that could help me with my sleep apnea without using the CPAP. I'm claustrophobic but was still given a CPAP by another doctor. I rarely used the machine and what's more the doctor assigning it acted as though I was a bother. Since coming to Dr. Cairns not only am I sleeping better and was from the start but I can ask anything or call any time and I am met with kindness and patience from everyone in the office at Colorado Springs Sleep Apnea & TMJ Solutions. Not only is Dr. Cairns helping with the apnea but is simultaneously figuring out how to help with the TMJ. I would highly recommend Dr. Cairns at Colorado Springs Sleep Apnea & TMJ Solutions if you're having the same issues or similar issues.

Dr Cairns took me on as a patient who had been with another sleep dentist. She willingly took my case to become my regular sleep dentist, learning everything about my particular device so to be able to help me with my sleep apnea. She continues to make a difference in my sleep patterns. I now wake up refreshed, ready to start my day. When I say her knowledge and care are exceptional that includes her ENTIRE staff, each and everyone there cares about you as an individual.

I had experienced snoring and jaw issues for many years that caused me to have a hard time sleeping. Dr. Cairns' treatment of my issues has made such an improvement in my sleeping that my life has really changed. Because of my improved sleeping, my wife's sleep has also improved. Dr. Cairns spent a substantial amount of time interviewing me during my first visit to understand my needs and concerns. She then fully explained the process and what she hoped it would accomplish. She answered all my questions, and did not end the appointment until I was clear on all aspects of my treatment.
