Dr Jordan Webb is a very thorough, educated, & caring dentist! Due to past experiences at other dentist offices, I’m very nervous about going to the dentist. My hygienist, Carrie, was the best of the best! Dr Jordan Webb and her team are amazing, professional, kind, & friendly. I’m so thankful I found her office & I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

I’m from Houston Tx working here I’m Ashland Ky at Marathon, have been having a bad tooth ache for 5 days got a referral from employee at the Holiday Inn where I was staying, I called The office and at first she told me there were no appointments I explained I was from Houston up here working and in a lot of pain, she put me on hold 2 minutes later she told me to come in. I I’m turned saw Dr. Jordan she ended up pulling 2 teeth and my relief started immediately. I just wanted to thank the whole staff don’t remember names I was in a lot of pain at the time be from me to you thank you, I don’t care to go to the dentist but this experience has changed my thinking one again thanks

After going to another dentist, I had to large fillings fall out in two days. I then called on Dr. Jordan Webb. Her office staff was very nice, and they worked me in. Doc didn't just fix the problems; she took the time to explain all that was needed and what me role would be in my own dental health. I now have a new dentist. Dr. Jordan Webb and her staff went above and beyond for me and my smile.

I have two very poor wisdom teeth and need antibiotics but Dr Webb refused me due to me getting ill for one appt and another for recent weather being bad. I was told she had not seen me since September and therefore I received no prescription. When did doctors start giving ultimatums and refusing to help people? Highly disappointed in her demeanor in this matter.

I have been there twice now and had 3 teeth filled cost 300 out of pocket and this last time 174 I have never been told prices up front I have Cigna insurance and have spent almost 500 dollars out of pocket when you check out they say that’s just a guessing estimate makes sense. First place I’ve ever been to that don’t bill insurance first , and the last EOB did not match up to the last visit.

Dr. Jordan and her sweet staff are wonderful in every way! I give them the highest recommendation. I “love” going to the dentist! I go every three months to have my teeth cleaned just because I enjoy the experience. I enjoy super white, clean, and healthy teeth! I love Dr. Jordan, Renee, and her entire staff! If you have a dental problem, I highly recommend Dr. Jordan! Dr. Jordan will take excellent care of you and you will enjoy a pain-free experience. I am getting a crown placed tomorrow and I have no fear due to her being gentle and caring. ?????? Cynthia Bailey

Nightmare dealing with this dentist. Refused to send in dental claim for cleaning, after agreeing to accept insurance. Unprofessional staff.
