To begin with, I did not have to sit in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. The Dr.’ s assistant was very reassuring and attentive, as was Dr. Sasthri. That put me at ease as they performed the root canal very successfully. I had a number of questions both before and after the procedure. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed. I was very satisfied with the care I received from both Dr. Sasthri and her sssistant. The music played during the procedure was a big plus as well!!

Went to my regular dentist for my cleaning and they discovered a issue that would require a double root canal procedure, They called Diablo View Endodontics and they had me in at 7 AM the next morning. Great experierence no pain, dosed off several times during procedure the doctor kept me informed as to how things were going and asked if I needed a break. The whole staff was incredible. They followed up with me the following day to see how i was doing and if I needed anything.

Dr. Penn did a great job on my root canal. She explained each step clearly, and checked in frequently as to my comfort. I had little to no pain afterwards! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental work.

Dr Penn was extremely professional and accommodating to make me comfortable during the procedure. Her staff is very patient and respectful. Excellent service all around.

Dr. Sasthri is very knowledgeable and make the patients feel confident that they are in a very good hands. She and her assistant, were both professional and caring at the same time.

This was my first root canal and I was nervous and hesitant. Dr. Penn answered all my questions and explained what was happening while working. It is a long time to be in a dental chair, but this experience was not like some horror stories I had heard. The doctor was professional and pleasant. I would refer to anyone needing this service. All staff members were warm and welcoming.

She was really gentle and kept me informed of each step of the process.

I hope not to need another root canal, but if you do...Everyone from the front door till I left were great. The work was smooth and painless with a super nice staff. Dr. Penn was amazing and very informative from beginning to the end. If I need another, I'm going back!

Great staff, clean office,the doctors technique was close to pain free, they took me the very next day and A few hours later I was home , root canal was easy peasy . Will highly recommend.

Dr. Penn and her assistent and the entire staff were kind, thorough, efficient and calming. I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism delivered with a personal touch.

Both Dr. Penn and the dentist assistant Jada was really nice, kind and friendly and they make sure I am comfortable and won’t be in pain through out the procedure. Dr. Penn explain everything before the procedure and did a wonderful job. Thumbs up to this wonderful team. I also want to add that the receptionist too are very friendly.

Had to go in for a root canal, was in lots of pain. Dr. Penn and her staff were amazing. They took care, were gentle and supportive. Plus they made sure I was comfortable in every way possible. A root canal and dentist work in general is usually not a wonderful experience. However, after leaving the office I felt better, no pain, and had a nice experience in their office.

The place is clean and relaxing. Everything was explained to me in detail. I felt no pain they took my fear of the dentist away. I highly recommend.
