Dr. Christopher Beal, DDS

I went in for a dental cleaning. Unfortunately they performed other items that were not asked for or needed. The dental cleaning was fine, the receptionist was polite. II had scans from another dentist a month earlier so I did not require any but they did not inform or ask and performed the scans. At the end of the session I was charged close to $400. I will not return. Communication with this dentist and office needs to be very clear prior to letting them start the process otherwise they will do what they want and you will be presented with a large bill and procedures that were not asked for and not informed prior to performing.

I used to work in Dentistry and from my knowledge and experience, Dr. Chris takes pride in doing quality detail oriented Dentistry. He wants to make sure that the Dentistry he does will last for a long time. I feel lucky to have found him.

The office environment is pleasant and the staff is friendly. His new hygienist hired in December, 2017 was somewhat standoffish. The doctor is communicative, but tends to push crowns. The margin on the crown I did have done by him had a bad margin. Every time I floss around that crown and catch food particles, I think of him.

I would like to thank Dr. Beal, Terry and his staff for a job well done. They are not our family's primary dentist, but I stopped in, unscheduled, for some advice on a broken crown. They not only answered my questions/concerns, but had me in a chair within 10 minutes and took care of my issue (on a Friday afternoon!). Dr Beal was professional and well informed. I left their office with a temporary fix and plethora of dental knowledge!! I would highly recommend Dr. Beal & his team. Thanks again!!
