Dr. Christopher Cantrell, DMD

Dr. Cantrell was on time for our appointment. He listened carefully to my concerns and was very caring and informative during the procedure. Staff working with him knew their role and responsibilities and they worked together seamlessly. I feel fortunate to have such a great dentist that shows his care and compassion. The way Dr. Cantrell focuses the appointment saves time and patient stress. The office is highly efficient and communicative with each other. It was refreshing to watch them interact and have my paperwork ready by the time I reached the reception area. Each staff member I met was polite and considerate. They were more than willing to check into my insurance, which turned out to be a chore, to make sure it was accepted. Even a staff member who I thought was waiting for me took a minute to explain what she was doing and she was not there for my appointment. I didn't expect that level of politeness.
