Very calming, extremely professional, includes patients in on work will do and is doing. Always makes sure I am comfortable and not feeling pain. Unfortunately, Northeast is now in the hands of Midwest Dental and I rate Midwest Dental very low to over all professionalism in billing and appointment setting. Wish iy was Northeast Dental again.
