He did a good job on my teeth. However his staff may failed to tell me he is out-of-Network for my insurance. I paid my part at the time services. The bill came about 7 months after time of service. Because he is not in my insurance network I owed more then I should have. When asked why they couldn't answer me. I discovered on my own that he not in my network. They said sorry you were not informed. I paid the bill. This leaves a bad feeling for this Family Dentistry. Before you approve service with Dr. Faulconer MAKE SURE you know if he's in your Insurance Network.
